About Us
At GEODC, we are passionate about building stronger communities through innovative economic and community development solutions. With a focus on collaboration, we provide grant services, loan support, and region-specific resources, working closely with partners and stakeholders. Our dedicated team strives to empower the regions we serve, fostering sustainable growth and prosperity for all.
As a regional economic development non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, we are dedicated to supporting job creation and fostering economic growth within our district. By collaborating closely with partners, stakeholders, and local governments, we work to create, retain, and expand businesses while developing infrastructure needed to support thriving communities.
GEODC offers a comprehensive range of services tailored to the unique needs of the regions we serve. Our lending programs provide vital support for land and building acquisition, new construction, equipment and machinery purchases, fixtures, inventory, supplies, and working capital. In addition, we offer expert assistance with grant writing, grant administration, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) management, Northeast Regional Housing Program administration, labor standards compliance, and other state and federal grant programs.
With over 40 years of lending expertise and over thirty years of economic development experience, our committed team at GEODC brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to every project. We strive to empower the businesses and communities we serve, fostering sustainable growth and prosperity for all. By providing region-specific resources and building strong partnerships, we are helping to shape a brighter future for Greater Eastern Oregon.
